Terms of Service

By accessing or using Prism ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them, you may not use the Service. The Service is provided by Prism Analytics ("we", "us", "our").

Prism is a search intelligence platform. It connects to Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 through OAuth 2.0 to provide analytics, reporting and insights about your website's performance, crawls sites you nominate, and runs prompts you write against AI answer engines. We access your Google data through the official APIs using read-only permissions.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when you register.

By connecting a Google account you authorise us to access your Search Console and, where connected, GA4 data through the relevant Google APIs. We use read-only access and never modify your Google settings or data. You may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings, or by disconnecting the integration inside Prism.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised parties
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Crawl sites you do not own or have permission to crawl

Subscription plans

Paid plans (Starter at $19 a month, Pro at $99 a month, Enterprise at $299 a month) are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues to the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made.

Credits

Credits meter answer-engine calls. Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing period regardless of the balance remaining, and they do not roll over. Credit packages are one-off purchases that add bonus credits; those do not expire and are not subject to the monthly reset.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Charges appear on your statement as "SEARCHPRISM".

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods or unused credits. Credits for answer-engine calls that fail are returned to your balance automatically. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@searchprism.io within 14 days of it. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

The Service, including its design, features and content, is owned by Prism Analytics and protected by intellectual property law. Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the analytics data we process on your behalf.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. On termination your data is deleted within 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time and will tell you about material changes by email or through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
