For agencies

Ten client properties, free, with no trial clock.

Ten properties on the free plan, each with the full search, crawl and traffic reporting and its own data. Only answer-engine monitoring costs anything, and it is priced per property.

Prism's properties roster: three properties with Search Console connected on two of three, Google Analytics on two of three, AI tracking on three of three and 12.9K credits, above a table showing each property's setup progress, query count, prompt and engine counts, and pages crawled.
The roster

Built for running more than one of everything.

The roster shows every client’s connections and how far its data has got, in one screen.

What every property gets

  • Every property stands alone

Its own Search Console connection, its own crawl, its own prompts, segments and annotations. Switching client switches all of it at once.

  • Access is granted per user

A client's own team can be added to their property without being handed the rest of your roster, and roles decide who can change a setting and who can only read.

  • Segments travel with the report

Save brand against non-brand once, or a folder, or a market. Pick it in the toolbar and every Search Performance report stays scoped to it.

Three clients in. Seven slots still free.

The free plan holds ten properties and never expires.

Reports · every client

The client report sends itself.

Period performance, query lifecycle and channel mix in one summary, on a cadence set once per client.

Sent on a schedule
Weekly or monthly per property, to as many as 20 recipients, by email and in-app notification.
Annotations carry the story
Log the migration or the content launch, and each one comes back with a before-and-after click verdict over its own window.
Opens without an account
A share link opens the report without a Prism sign-in, and the report view prints from the browser.
Prism's report delivery schedule: a toggle to send the report on a schedule, a weekly or monthly cadence choice, and a recipients panel listing two email addresses with the time the report was last sent.

Questions agencies ask first

Do reports carry my agency's branding?

Reports are Prism-branded today. They reach clients by email, by in-app notification, or through a share link that opens without a Prism account, and the report view prints from the browser.

How do prompt caps work across clients?

Per property. Ten prompts on Starter means ten for that one site, so each client's answer-engine monitoring is sized and billed on its own.

Can a client see their own numbers?

Yes. Add their team to their property and they see that property alone, never the rest of your roster. Roles decide who can change settings and who can only read.

Ten clients, monitored properly, for nothing.

Connect the first client and the 16-month backfill starts on its own. Add the rest as you go. The access Prism asks of each client’s Google account is read-only.
